Highlighting the origins of flavor - a history of taste through traditional fermentation "A taste in harmony with nature" has been the slogan of the kimchi brand Kwang Hee PARK since 2003.

Under this slogan, around fifty recipes for fermented dishes, including kimchi, have been developed to reveal the true taste of natural ingredients from the Gangwon-do region and to convey “the story of taste through traditional fermentation.”

Park Kwang-Hee Kimchi is located in PyeongChang, Gangwon-do Province at an altitude of 700 meters, an ideal place for the development of living organisms due to the coexistence of high and low pressure.
