With Jean LEE, a specialist in ancestral Korean fermentation, you will be able to make spicy kimchi in the traditional way, and learn the optimal fermentation conditions for your kimchi.
Spicy cabbage kimchi goes well with everything from noodles to rice, but is also great cooked in soup or stir-fried in rice, to suit all tastes!
